When you talk about snow, you are talking about the Quebec Winter Carnival – Carnaval de Québec! Held on the first two weeks of February, the carnival is the star of winter! You are invited to join in the spectacular festivities and leave your footprints in Québec’s most famous snow.

DAY 1 ORIGIN – MONTREAL (February)

10:00 Depart to Montreal
17:45 Arrival/depart to downtown
18:30 Dinner at La Casa Grecque
20:00 Depart for an evening tour of Montreal
21:30 Check in to Espresso Hotel

DAY 2 MONTREAL – QUEBEC

08:00 Breakfast at hotel
09:00 City tour which includes: Notre-Dame Basilica, Saint Joseph’s Oratory
10:30 Old Port, Mount Royal Park and St. Lawrence River
12:00 End Tour, depart for Olympic Park
12:20 Time on own for lunch at Olympic Park
13:15 Visit the Biodôme (features replicas of four ecosystems found in the Americas)
16:00 Leave for Quebec City
19:30 Arrival in Quebec City
19:50 Dinner at Café de Paris
20:30 Walk & view of Carnival Ice Sculptures
21:30 Arrival & check-in to Hotel Clarion

DAY 3 QUEBEC CITY

08:00 Breakfast at hotel
09:00 City tour of Quebec City which includes: Plains of Abraham, Promenade des Gouverneurs
10:30 Joan of Arc Garden, Grande Allée, The Château Frontenac
12:00 End of Quebec city tour
12:30 Lunch on own
14:00 Musée du Fort
15:15 Quebec Experience
16:30 Free time for shopping
18:30 Dinner at La Vieille Maison du Spaghetti
19:00 Watch Charlesbourg Parade that features fifteen floats and over 900 extras
21:00 Return to hotel

DAY 4 QUEBEC CITY

08:00 Breakfast at hotel
09:00 Depart for Village Vacances Valcartier
09:45 Arrive at Village Vacances Valcartier (largest snow slides in North America)
18:30 Dinner at Relais des Pins (traditional Québécois sugar shack restaurant)

DAY 5 QUEBEC CITY

08:30 Breakfast at hotel
09:30 Depart for scenic drive towards Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré
10:00 Visit to the Économusée® of Woodcarving (Atelier Paré)
11:30 Arrive at the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Shrine
12:30 Time on own for lunch
14:00 Enjoy a slice of bread with maple butter at Chez Marie (bakery)
15:15 Visit Montmorency Falls
16:00 Visit Huron Village
18:00 Dinner at Le Buffet des Continents
20:00 Ferry ride to observe the city

DAY 6 QUEBEC CITY – MONTRÉAL – ORIGIN

04:30 Depart for Montreal-Trudeau Airport
06:00 Stop on route for breakfast
07:15 Arrival
08:50 Flight to Calgary
